What's the Vitamin C Ethyl Ether?

Ethyl Ascorbic Acid or EAC for short is an "etherified derivative of ascorbic acid" that consists of vitamin C and an ethyl group bound to the third carbon position. This makes Vitamin C very stable and soluble in both water and oil. As a derivative of vitamin C, ethyl ascorbic acid is stable and proper fat soluble, so it is easily absorbed by skin. It had blocked the formation of melanin, improve skin gloss, to give the skin elasticity, anti-oxidation and other functions.
