Carisin Yellow is a highly effective colourant containing carotene abiette, with the appearance of a red or brown powder. Its main use is that of egg yolks and broiler selections. The colour of egg yolks and chicken skin is determined by the quality and quantity of pigments consumed and stored by chickens.
